4.5 Distributing the sitrep

The sitrep must be approved by the Country Director or their delegate before distribution.

The sitrep should be sent to:

  • CI Emergency Monitors: ci-emergency.monitors@careinternational.org
  • Humanitarian Information Coordinator(s)
  • Regional Humanitarian Director
  • Lead Member (refer to Lead Member for contact details):
    • Line Manager
    • Head of Emergencies Unit
